I initially was neutral on this toner, after using it about one week. What I came to find with continued use of this toner was it reduced the sebum my skin normally produces. I also found that my skin was breaking out much less. What I can't see, but studies have shown, is that green tea is an excellant antioxidant so if I can get that in a toner, then it is another benefit. This is a definite repurchase.
